The choir has about 70 singers. We don’t audition but ask you to just come along and see how you fit in. You do not need to read music. We are accompanied by John Oxlade who is one of the best accompanists in the area.

The orchestra has around 40 regular members with strong strings and wind sections. We bring additional players where needed for concerts. We have an excellent leader, local musician Kate Bailey. She became leader recently and is very popular with the orchestra. Orchestral players are auditioned by a trial period in the orchestra.

Each year we perform two concerts with mixed choral and orchestral works, an orchestral concert, a choral concert and a light hearted charity Christmas concert.
